        HTML ഒരു Hypertext Markup Language ആണ്. പ്രധാനമായും വെബ്‌പേജ് നിർമിക്കാൻ ആണ് HTML Programming ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത്. Google, Yahoo, Flipkart, Amazon തുടങ്ങിയ എല്ലാ കമ്പനികളുടെയും വെബ്സൈറ്റ് പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നത് HTML ഉപയോഗിച്ചാണ്. ഇപ്പോൾ HTML Game നിർമിക്കാൻ വരെ ഉപയോഗിച്ചുവരുന്നു. Smartphone, Tablet, Computer എന്നിങ്ങനെ  എല്ലാ Device ലും ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്നതാണ് HTML.
    HTML പ്രോഗ്രാമിങ് ഡെവലപ്പ് ചെയ്തത്  ടിം ബർണേഴ്സ് ലീ ആണ്. HTML 1.0, HTML+, HTML 2.0, HTML 3.2, HTML 4.01, XHTML 1.0, HTML5, XHTML 5 എന്നിങ്ങനെ വിവിധ തരം വേർഷൻ നിലവിലുണ്ട്. അതിൽ ഏറ്റവും പുതിയതാണ് XHTML. HTML 1.0-1991, HTML+-1993, HTML2.0-1995, HTML3.2-1997, HTML 4.01-1999, XHTML 1.0-2000, HTML5-2012, XHTML5-2013 ലും ആണ് നിലവിൽ വന്നത്.

AWD-IDE-FOR-Web dev എന്ന മൊബൈൽ APP ഉപയോഗിച്ചു മൊബൈൽ ഫോണിലും HTML പ്രോഗ്രാം ചെയാം. HTML RUN ചെയാൻ നമുക്ക് ഏത് BROWSER വേണമെങ്കിലും ഉപയോഗിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
